Cerros. Milo and I climb....Adam takes picture.
Adam forced me to get up early and we hit the road at about 9am. I'm starting to sleep in. I thought it would take years to break the 5am habit...guess I was wrong.
We drove out to explore some different areas. At one point we had to cross small river on a ferry. The ferry is attached to a cable and the operators hand crank it across. Pretty cool. We also saw a small crocodile in the water.
We drove out to one development called Progresso Shores. We just drove in the gate and the managers/owners weren't home but a neighbor saw us. He toured us around and we visited with him and his wife for over an hour. They are Rick and Linda from Phoenix. People are very nice here!
Then we drove out to Cerros Mayan ruins. Milo climbed his first Mayan Temple. He had a blast. It was really beautiful there. Right on the beach. We took some good pics. The Belizeans are very good at maintaining their parks and heritage sites.
